Downtown and Midtown Atlanta both have been recognized for revitalization efforts over the past decade. Improving the I-75/I-85 corridor (the Downtown Connector) could be key to the area’s continued success. To further explore the issue, Central Atlanta Progress/ Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and the Midtown Alliance are leading an effort to develop a vision for the future of this vital transportation corridor. This Downtown Connector vision is intended to guide improvements to the landscape, infrastructure and architecture of I-75/I-85 through Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, resulting in an enhanced visual experience for travelers and an improved perception of Atlanta for both visitors and residents.

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 26th, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:40 p.m. at the AT&T Conference Center (725 West Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308)
