Strategic Regional Thoroughfare Plan (SRTP)

The SRTP is underway, with an internal kickoff meeting scheduled for January 28.  Jordan, Jones, and Goulding has been selected as the lead firm to assist ARC with this $1 million planning effort.  The plan should be complete by Summer of 2011.  Please visit the SRTP webpage under the ARC Transportation site for more details and ongoing publications and announcements.

TIP Update – 1st Quarter 2010 Administrative Modifications Due

TIP Update – Public Comment Period for TIP Amendments #8 and #9 are Now Closed

Roswell’s Grimes Bridge Road Bridge Reopens

After 14 months of construction, the City of Roswell cut the ribbon on a new bridge along Grimes Bridge Road over Big Creek.  The bridge replacement project was funded through the Georgia Department of Transportation and was built by GDOT’s contractor, C.W. Matthews. Read the rest of this entry »
